CEO

BA, Physics, University of Oxford. With almost two decades of experience in in-building wireless connectivity, Sina sets the company’s overall strategy. He is also a Technology Fellow at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, co-founder and advisor to OpenSignal.com, and a Board Member of the Repair Association.

Sam Westwood

COO

BA, Physics, University of Oxford. Sam is responsible for all operational aspects of the company, including ensuring that RSRF meets all local, state, federal business requirements. He also oversees RSRF’s Network Operations Center and our deployment teams.

Tom Hernandez

VP Sales and Operations

BA, Design, Southern Illinois University. With a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and deployment of DAS systems, Tom manages RSRF’s enterprise projects. His team blends a vendor agnostic approach with an evidence-based data collection process to ensure robust coverage solutions for enterprise clients.

Andy Roberts

Director of Engineering

BS Electrical Engineering, North Carolina State University. Andy has over 8 years of in-building wireless experience as an RF engineer. He designed and commissioned DAS for the GlaxoSmithKline campus in Research Triangle Park, UNC at Greensboro, and Cone Health hospitals among others. Most recently, he designed a C-band overlay at Scott Stadium on the University of Virginia campus.

Josh Segelson

PMP, Senior Project Manager

BS, New York Institute of Technology. Josh manages RSRF’s DAS deployments through their entire lifecycle, from site survey through to as-builts and post-install maintenance visits. His team creates SOW documents and is responsible for managing all internal & external resources to ensure all projects are deployed on time and on-budget.

Tyler Polk

Financial Controller

BA, Accounting, University of Northern Iowa and CPA. Tyler is responsible for managing and reporting on the financial position of the company, including revenue recognition, invoicing, and project finances. He has over 8 years of combined experience in corporate finance, private equity, and financial planning and analysis.
